The Green Room is located on Elmley Road, next door to Ashton-under-Hill First School and Village Hall. The postcode is WR11 7SW.

After School Club

From Ashton-under-Hill First School & Playgroup:

Our after school club will receive your child from Ashton School at 3pm. 

​

If your child attends an after school club, arranged by the first school, we can also collect your child at 4pm from the school.

From Bredon Hill Academy:

Unfortunately we cannot collect children from BHA. Children are welcome to walk down the village from BHA to the Green Room to join our after school club. We expect them to arrive by 3.15pm.

Additional Information:

All of our services will be available until 6pm. If extended hours are required then please get in touch and we will discuss the options. Our bookings and rates are calculated on half hourly finishes, a minimum of 1 hour is required.

Bookings can be placed up 'til 12pm on the day care is required (subject to spaces being available). It is advised that contact is made with the school to let them know if you place a late booking in our system.

You DO NOT need to inform the First Schools about every session that your child is going to attend. It is a good idea to let them know that we will be collecting on the first occasion but we provide all schools with a list of children attending each week.

7 days notice is required by email to cancel any sessions if there is to be no charge (see T&C).
