OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB: Childcare Assistant

RESPONSIBLE TO: Manager / Owner

LOCATION: Bredon Hancock's First School Venue

HOURS AVAILABLE:

Term Time             - Monday to Friday 3pm to 6pm

                              (6-9 hours per week, negotiable)

                            - Ability to cover Breakfast Club Hours would be an bonus (8-9am)

​

School Holidays      - Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm (Negotiable)

                               6-9 Hours @ Ashton-under-Hill Venue

Permanent Contract following three month probation.

Little Big Learners are looking to appoint a Childcare Assistant to provide a safe, high quality learning environment for children at our After School Club based at Bredon Hancock's First School. The successful applicant will be a highly organised individual with lots of energy, ideas and initiative; working with the rest of the team to replicate our existing provision.

​

An NVQ level 2 or higher would be extremely advantageous but not essential. In addition, a good knowledge of EYFS and experience working with children aged 4 - 11 years would also be an advantage. A Paediatric First Aid Qualification and Safeguarding are essential qualifications but this can be arranged for the successful applicant.
